Pilot Status
Service is provided as a pilot/beta and may evolve during the engagement. Features, scoring profiles, and delivery formats are subject to refinement based on client feedback.
Not Investment Advice
Outputs are informational only and do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. All signals are best-effort with disclosed confidence levels.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for all portfolio, risk, and investment decisions. News-to-Risk provides decision support tools, not decision-making authority.
No Performance Guarantees
No guaranteed market outcomes or performance claims are made. Historical simulations and backtests do not predict future results.
Data Security
All API access is authenticated and rate-limited. Audit logs track every data access event. Tenant data is isolated. We do not share client data with third parties.
Communications
External outbound communications on behalf of clients require explicit approval. No automated emails, notifications, or messages are sent without consent.
Subscription & Billing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge; contact rjoutreach1214@gmail.com to request a review.
Limitation of Liability
News-to-Risk's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall News-to-Risk be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or trading losses, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, or financial instrument.
